We Love Small House Floor Plans Knobby Crest | Cozy Home Plans

The Knobby Crest at only 555 sq ft is one of my favorites. This home offers a great courtyard style entrance for the first impression with a garden window and door with sidelight quickly catching your eye. It is, dare I say, the ?knobby shape? of this unique floor plan that gives you an open and flowing Kitchen, Dine and Living with a fireplace. A few steps down the hall is the stackable W/D and ? Bath. Enter the?Bedroom suite and it offers a private Full Bath with walk in closet (W.I.C.) plus a private door to the outside. My first version of this plan came in at under 500 sq ft, but I like the flow of this one better.

My 6 Must Haves are all checked off with enthusiasm in our little Knobby Crest small house floor plan.

?#1 This gourmet Kitchen has room for up to 14 cabinets including a corner base ?lazy Susan? and a large pantry cabinet. A very surprising amount of storage for such a small Kitchen. It also has room for a larger refrigerator, full size stove and even a dishwasher could be added with minimal sacrifice.?? Check!

#2 Room for a Queen or even King size Bed that is accessible from both sides also gives you another great storage option. Check!

#3 The large full Bath has room for a 36? vanity or larger for lots of storage potential. Also a second ? bath is in the hallway for guest and is quickly accessible from the outside.??? Check!

?#4 Storage areas include the coat closet, W/D area, 14 kitchen cabinets plus a 6? x 6? W.I.C. ?. ??? Check!

#5 Room for a?stackable washer and dryer combo unit in the hallway make this a perfect full time option. ??? Check!

#6 Space for friends/family and entertaining is easy in this floor plan. It?s entry courtyard, fireplace, gourmet Kitchen and backyard oasis is quickly accessible from the Bedroom making this home special for both owners and guest. Can you see the Hot Tub just feet away from the Bedroom inviting you in for a late night soak! ?? Check!

This small house floor plan would truly make a great home for downsizing to a; vacation retreat, granny flat, elegant guest house, weekend getaway or the perfect small home. This home could even be connected with a mirrored version of itself at the Living room, making a perfect paired Cozy Home Plan. We are proud to offer choices that you won?t find anywhere else.

This home will always hold a special place in my heart because of the late night I spent on the phone with my friend Flanagan fixing the bedroom configuration, which turned out great thanks to her amazing input.

It is still a concept in Flickr for now simply waiting patiently. Adding a foot here and there will definitely make this home even more functional and still keep it way under our 1000 sq ft floor plan goal here at Cozy Home Plans.
